What can I say about Terry Cottrell!! He is wonderful. I have a very bad back and he helps to keep me working. He helps to keep me off drugs for pain and his soft adjustments help me to keep working at 73 yrs old. My two sons also benefit from Dr. Cottrell's soft expert manipulations. Maintenance Visits to your Chiropractor is very important however, when symptoms present themselves....go see the Chiropractor!
I have been a patient of Dr. Terry Cottrell for 10 years. I have consistently worked out and/or attended exercise classes for 38+ years. Last week, my workout schedule consisted of Indoor Cycle Classes, Weight Training, Core work, a Yoga/Tai Chi/ Pilates Class & Zumba. At the end of the week, I played a few games of Pickle ball. Also, at the end of the week, I lost the range of motion in my lower back. I experienced soreness and some pain. Also, I had a "hitch" in my step!
Reluctantly, on Monday, because, I think that I can work out these symptoms, because of course, I'm in good shape, I went in to see Dr. Terry. -:)
After, a quick examination, Dr. Terry told be that my feet were 5/8" off (1 leg longer than the other)
He then had me lay prone on the table. He used his hand and the Activator to adjust my Atlas (area just below the skull, behind the ears) He also used the Activator to adjust my right SI joint.
As I gingerly got off the table, expecting the same pain, I immediately noticed that there was not a "hitch" in my step. I still had slight soreness in my lower back. On Tuesday, when Dr. Cottrell asked me how I was doing...I had forgotten that I had any pain!
Amazing! Thank You Dr. Terry Cottrell!
Sincerely,
